Security, billing, service boundaries, turnaround, and data handling are part of the operating model.

Not at launch. If an issue requires a call, it is returned to the client as Phone Action Required; the client completes the call and uploads the outcome or reference.
MerceOps is prepaid and capacity-based. There are no surprise overages and no work is performed on credit. Additional capacity must be purchased in advance.
Qualifying refunds and failed-refund work target completion within 24 business hours once all required information and access are available. Waiting on client or third-party action pauses active turnaround time.
The planned client workspace uses secure written communication and case-level history so instructions, approvals, attachments, and decisions stay documented.
MerceOps prefers delegated or staff accounts where supported, combined with least-privilege access and 2FA where available. Credentials should not be sent through ordinary messages or spreadsheets.
The planned access model uses a secure vault approach for credentials and authentication secrets. Raw QR codes or setup secrets should not be stored as ordinary documents.
The planned policy provides a 30-day read-only retrieval period after service ends, followed by operational data deletion after 90 days unless a legal hold or other required retention applies. Legal and financial records are retained separately.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Service continues through the already-paid cycle, subject to purchased capacity and service terms. There is no prorated refund for the current paid cycle.

MerceOps operates Sunday through Friday, excluding designated High Holy Days. Saturday is closed, and affected service clocks pause during closed periods.
